Find the centre and radius of the circle x^{2}+y^{2}+6x+8y-96=0\,

Centre of the circle is

\left({\frac {-6}{2}},{\frac {-8}{2}}\right)\,

\left(-3,-4\right)\,

Radius is

{\sqrt {(-3)^{2}+(-4)^{2}-(-96)}}\,

{\sqrt {9+16+96}}\,

{\sqrt {121}}\,

Hence the radius is 21 units.
