Find the equation to the circle of radius 3 and centre (3,-2).

By applying the formula for the equation of the circle, we get

(x-3)^{2}+(y+2)^{2}=3^{2}\,

x^{2}-6x+9+y^{2}+4y+4=9\,

x^{2}+y^{2}-6x+4y+4=0\,
