If (1,2) and(3,1) are the limiting points of a coaxal system of circles find the radical axis.

The limiting point circles are

(x-1)^{2}+(y-2)^{2}=0,(x-3)^{2}+(y-1)^{2}=0\,

x^{2}+y^{2}-2x-4y+5=0,x^{2}+y^{2}-6x-2y+10=0\,

Therefore, the equation of the radical axis is

(x^{2}+y^{2}-2x-4y+5)-(x^{2}+y^{2}-6x-2y+10)=0\,

4x-2y-5=0\,
