The 8th term of an A.P is 17 and the 19th term is 39\,.Find the 25th term.

Given t_{8}=17,t_{19}=39\,

a+7d=17,a+18d=39\,

Solving the two (a+7d-17)-(a+18d-39)=0,-11d+22=0,d=2\,

The value of a is a+7(2)=17,a=3\,

Therefore,25th term is t_{25}=a+24d=3+24(2)=51\,
