Applying the formula of dividing the line segment

\left(\frac{-6\cdot(-3)+5\cdot4}{-6+5},\frac{-6\cdot4+5\cdot5}{-6+5}\right)\,

\left(-38,-1\right)\,

Hence the point is(-38,-1)
