notice that we amplify with the conjugate

of − 5 − 10i wich is − 5 + 10i

now we know that two numbers one the conjugate of

another multiplied give the sum of squares of their

real respective imagninary parts.

so we can write.

\displaystyle \frac{-2i}{-5-10i} = \frac{-2i(-5+10i)}{-5-10i} = \frac{-10i(-1+2i)}{25+100} = \frac{-10i(-1+2i)}{125} = \frac{20+10i }{125} = \frac{10}{125}(2+i)
