Assuming a successful launch in January 2006, NASA's New Horizons space probe is scheduled to perform a fly-by of the planet Pluto in July of this year. After its brief visit there the probe is expected to continue into the Kuiper Belt.

In the newspaper Marty reads, it states that Queen Diana will visit Washington, D.C. in 2015. Unfortunately, Princess Diana will have been dead for 18 years in our timeline.
